Casa Blanca belongs to the Chalchuapa archaeological zone of western El Salvador, a cluster of sites occupied continuously for 3,000 years making it one of the longest-inhabited locations in Central America. Several pyramid structures rise from the site, which functions today as both archaeological park and museum housing an important jade collection — jade artifacts that connect Chalchuapa to the broader Mesoamerican jade trade network stretching from Guatemala's Motagua Valley to Costa Rica. The site museum preserves objects spanning the Pre-Classic through Postclassic periods. At 51.49° bearing to Giza across 12,013 km on the western El Salvador alignment.
