Visoko's 213-meter Visocica Hill has been claimed since 2005 by Semir Osmanagic as a 12,000-year-old man-made pyramid. Mainstream geology and archaeology unequivocally classify it as a natural flatiron formation — a geological feature created by differential erosion of tilted sedimentary layers. The European Association of Archaeologists issued a formal condemnation of the claims in 2006. Nevertheless, the site has become a major tourist attraction, drawing over 500,000 visitors. At 139.40° Giza bearing, the hill's geometric alignment and 45° slope angle are products of natural geological processes common to orogenic zones. Included here for completeness with clear notation that the scientific consensus rejects artificial origin.
