Documented age: Late 3rd/early 4th century CE (Late 3rd/early 4th century CE). Current condition: intact. A Roman labyrinth mosaic at Felix Romuliana — the palace complex Emperor Galerius built near his birthplace in present-day Gamzigrad, Serbia. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this fortified palace (c. 298-311 CE) includes temples, baths, and a tetrapylon where Galerius was deified. Documentation sources: Kern 2000, UNESCO WHS. The same seven-circuit topology appears at this site as at every other classical labyrinth on Earth.

The labyrinth is one of several hundred sites of this type catalogued globally; each preserves the same unicursal walking-pattern with regional variation in scale, material, and date.
