Folhammar Trojaborg

A rare 9-wall spiral-center Baltic-type labyrinth at Folhammar, unusually oval at 25x15 meters — making it one of the largest stone labyrinths on Gotland. The Baltic type, distinguished by its spiral center rather than the classical dead-end, is considered an indigenous Scandinavian innovation. Its oval footprint departs from the circular norm, suggesting adaptation to the rocky limestone terrain. At Giza bearing 345.5°, Folhammar occupies the same meridian corridor as the island's other labyrinths, 3,208 km from the Great Pyramid.
