Unidentified pyramid foundation at Abusir, designated Lepsius XXIV after Karl Richard Lepsius's 1842 catalog. The structure is unfinished, with a square outline approximately 25 metres on a side and a partly excavated substructure containing a destroyed burial chamber. Excavations by the Czech Institute of Egyptology since 1994 recovered fragmentary alabaster vessels and a small piece of inscribed limestone bearing what appears to be a queen's name, partially obliterated. The pyramid is conventionally identified as belonging to a queen or princess of the late fifth dynasty whose name is uncertain. The structure shows planned construction for a small monument that was never completed beyond the substructure level.
A small fifth-dynasty pyramid foundation in the Abusir cluster was given a name in 1842 because its builder's name was already lost.
