The Inca engineered each terrace ring as a distinct microclimate, effectively simulating altitude zones spanning 1,000 vertical meters within a single amphitheater. Over 250 crop varieties could be tested simultaneously. The circular geometry creates natural acoustic resonance; a whisper at the center carries to the rim. At 3,500m elevation on the Chinchero plateau, Moray sits at 62.42° bearing to Giza, geometrically twinned with Pisac along the Pleiades corridor.
