Silbury Hill is the largest prehistoric artificial mound in Europe — 39.3 meters high, 167 meters in diameter, covering 2.2 hectares with an estimated 248,000 cubic meters of chalk and earth. Built around 2400 BCE in a series of construction phases, it is contemporary with the final stages of nearby Stonehenge and Avebury. Despite multiple excavation tunnels, no burial or central chamber has ever been found — its purpose remains one of Neolithic Europe's greatest mysteries. At 118.52° Giza bearing across 3,610 km, Silbury anchors the British end of a ley line corridor pointing directly toward the Great Pyramid. The hill's precise geometry — a truncated cone with mathematically consistent proportions — suggests engineering knowledge rivaling that of contemporary Egypt.
